FEATURE HIGHLIGHT
Need to verify connections or test external devices like PLCs or dataloggers—without running pumps or opening valves? The RT40’s Test Output feature sends a steady 10Hz pulse signal, allowing you to:
- Simulate flow conditions instantly
- Validate wiring and device settings
- Isolate issues between input and output signals
EXAMPLE
If your PLC isn’t receiving pulses, activate the Test Output.
- If the PLC still reads nothing → check wiring or programming.
- If it reads the 10Hz signal → check RT40 settings or flowmeter input.
